Greg and Chris Hopwood
Senior Pastor
Greg was raised in Massachusetts and Chris is from the Mid-West. While our journey with the Lord led us to churches from different streams, our most formative years were spent with the Cincinnati Vineyard and Grace Fellowship of Nashua. We have three kids and enjoy the outdoors...days at the beach, time on the trail, and concerts in the park.
Our passion is to be followers of Jesus who are committed to pursuing the heart of God and resting in him. We love worship, prayer, the Word, and the poor.
We are excited when we see people discover their gifts and begin touching others. We are looking forward to joining this church family and being a part of all God has for us.

We've been a part of the Vineyard Metrowest since 1984,
about a year after the church was planted by Kenn Gullikson.
Both of us come from very conservative New England Evangelical roots.
Our first experience with the "radical" Vineyard (any church with drums and guitars
was certainly radical to us) was one marked by cautious amusement! On day one,
God spoke to us (despite seeing a Pastor in a Hawaiian shirt which was amusing...)
and our lives have never been the same.
We believe church is all about Jesus and His Kingdom;
a Kingdom of adventure and excitement, a Kingdom of healing and miracles,
a Kingdom of peace and love - where the King himself hangs out, blesses his kids and
has fun. Isn't that what Church is all about?
We love our three kids (two in high school, one in elementary). We love our friends.
Our house is a revolving door of faces and smiles. We enjoy the outdoors, gardens,
the beach, travel, and our small backyard pool. Mostly, we love to see God do what
He does best: restoring, equipping, speaking to, healing up and loving on - all of us,
His kids.

Pat and Lori Murphy
Elder
God led Lori to be a part of the earliest roots of planting the Vineyard in Framingham.
Shortly after, God made it clear to Pat that the Vineyard was "home".
We met at a small group, fell in love with each other, and all God was doing,
and have been happily married for 22 years!
We have three wonderful boys (17,15, and 10) who share our love for God, the outdoors
(in snow or heat!), camping, hiking, skiing, swimming, the beach, the garden,
you name it, we love the outdoors!
We also love friends, family and our Golden Retriever, Sammi.
Our hearts' desire is to get closer and closer to God, and to see people come to know God's love for them. We love when God heals people physically and emotionally, and allows us to be
a part of the process!
We look forward to whatever comes next!!

I was raised in the mainline Protestant tradition (my parents were Methodist), and came to a personal relationship with Jesus in 1973. Since then, I have been exposed to many streams of the great Christian faith, and have walked through several renewals, being blessed by them all. Early on, my focus was turned to worship and prayer of all flavors, ranging all the way from the quiet, contemplative Roman Catholic style to the bold, exuberant Pentecostal. I am comfortable in all these ways of enjoying my relationship with the Lord.
In 2000, the Lord led me to Vineyard Metrowest at a very sick time in my life, and our church has been a place of tremendous healing and transformation for me, as I know it has been for many, many other people over the years. I love being in a church family where so many are focused on growing in their intimacy with God, and also growing in their movement toward loving each other as Jesus loves us. Worship and prayer , being some of the central themes of our church, helps me to know that this is the place that I can call home, and I do.

One of the favorite things about my job is that I get to see God bless those in need through ALL of you. I am ALWAYS amazed at His timing. His gift of generosity is displayed in so many different shapes, sizes and amounts. I have witnessed Him bless those who have lost almost everything to those who need a little help figuring out how to get their finances in order. The other fun part of my job is to see the expressions of gratitude and surprise on the faces of those that have been blessed by the gift of giving, they are as blown away as I am. As a body it is neat to see how He moves in our hearts and how He is turning us from a church that could loose much to one that continues to move forward for His purposes. I continue to look forward to ALL of the surprises He has for us.

Click, click, click… “There’s no place like home”. Seems like just yesterday, I can almost hear the echoing sound of my red shoes…Toto we’re home! Kansas, at last!
Okay, so my shoes weren’t really red and I didn’t really have a dog named toto, nor was I in Kansas but the experience that I had, caused me to identify with Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz. I found in the deepest place of my heart a sense of coming home, although I had never been here (the Vineyard) before. Strange as it seemed, like I told Aunty Em…it did really happen! Really it did!!! I discovered myself amidst the Kingdom of God. It was and is and will be the most wonderful and incredible place imaginable.
After 21 years of discovery, I am convinced that this Kingdom of God is more than imaginable. I believe that the Kingdom is for real, now and forever-more. It is my joyful and passionate privilege to love, to know and to serve Him now, in the midst of His-story. I hope you will too!
I have been hugely blessed with a wonderful husband (and best friend) Craigles along with 5 beautiful children, all of which are my favorite! I hope to meet you someday…maybe sooner than later…I hear the Kingdom of God is at hand.
